💎2 Hour - Inside Flow Workshop with Special Guest Teacher Sera from Korea-Bali

In this 2-hour Inside Flow workshop, we will integrate the RecoveRing to enhance alignment, movement, and flow. The session begins with pressure massage and myofascial release using the RecoveRing to help release tension and improve mobility. We’ll then activate the core and refine alignment, preparing the body for a more connected and fluid Inside Flow practice.

⭐Meet Sera!

Sera is the only RecoveRing Master from Korea based in Indonesia, specializing in RecoveRing Hatha and Therapy. After experiencing remarkable rehabilitation from injury through RecoveRing, she is passionate about sharing its benefits. She is also an Inside Flow Gold Teacher and runs a beautiful yoga studio in Ubud, Bali, where she continues to inspire and guide others on their movement journey.
